Here you will find the estimated delivery times for all Mouve packages:

  • Once an order has been placed, we usually require 1–3 working days to process it. During the week, most orders are processed within a single working day. However, if you place your order on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take slightly longer. (Daily order cut-off time is 3pm CET. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following working day.)

  • After processing, your order will be dispatched, with delivery taking an average of 8–10 working days.

We aim to make the ordering and delivery process as straightforward as possible for all our customers. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer service team. Below you will find a clear explanation of how your order will be handled and delivered.


Placing an Order

Shopping with Mouve is designed to be simple and seamless. First, visit the product page and add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping basket by clicking the black “Add to Cart” button.

Before proceeding, please ensure that you have selected the correct product variations. If everything looks correct, click on the “Proceed to Checkout” button. On the information page, you will be asked to provide your address details. Please double-check that all the information entered is accurate. Once this step is complete, click on “Continue to Shipping”.

On the “Dispatch” page, you will have another opportunity to confirm your delivery details. Please note that every order is shipped completely free of charge. As a gesture of appreciation to our customers, Mouve always covers the shipping and delivery costs. You can then continue by clicking on “Proceed to Payment”.

For payments, you may choose from several secure, SSL-encrypted options:

  • Credit Card (AMEX, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa)

  • PayPal

  • EPS

  • Sofort (Immediate)

After selecting your preferred payment method, click on “Complete Order”. You will then be redirected to the chosen provider’s page to finalise payment. In order to keep our prices fair and accessible, we sometimes collect parcels in bulk and dispatch them once a minimum volume has been reached. This approach helps us to operate more sustainably and contribute to a healthier planet. We appreciate your understanding and support in this effort.
